Content Policy

Rap Video Maker is built for fun, original raps: roasting a friend, a birthday song, a track about your cat. These rules apply to the topics you type, the lyrics you write and everything the Service generates for you.

Not allowed

1. Impersonating real people. Do not create songs presented as being performed by, or in the voice of, a real artist or other real person, and do not use the Service to pass off content as theirs. Our characters are fictional and the Service does not support uploading real people's photos or voices.
2. Harassment and bullying. Diss tracks are welcome as friendly roasts. Do not target someone with threats, humiliation, sexual comments, slurs or attacks on who they are, and never include someone's private information such as their address, phone number or school.
3. Hate. No content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious disease.
4. Violence and self-harm. No threats, glorification of real attacks, or encouragement of self-harm or suicide.
5. Sexual content. No sexually explicit content, and nothing that sexualizes minors in any way.
6. Illegal activity. No content that promotes or helps with crimes, including drug trafficking, weapons, fraud or terrorism.
7. Defamation and deception. No false claims of fact presented as true about real, identifiable people, and no content designed to mislead people about elections or public events.
8. Other people's intellectual property. Do not paste lyrics you do not have the right to use, and do not ask for songs that copy someone else's work. See our DMCA Policy.
9. Abuse of the Service. No spam, automated bulk generation, scraping, attempts to bypass rate limits or credit charges, or attempts to make the AI models ignore their safety rules.

How we enforce it

We use automated limits and our AI providers' safety filters, and we review reports. When content breaks these rules we may block the generation, remove the content, and suspend or close the account. Credits spent on content removed for breaking these rules are not refunded.
