How to report copyright infringement on Rap Video Maker and how to respond to a notice.
Last updated: 2026-10-26
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.
Filing a notice
Send your notice to support@rapvideomaker.net with the subject line "DMCA Notice". It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The link to each song page on rapvideomaker.net that you claim is infringing.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Incomplete notices may not be processed. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages.
What happens next
When we receive a valid notice, we remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who created it, including a copy of the notice.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, email support@rapvideomaker.net with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice" and include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed material and the link where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights.
