Refund Policy

Rap Video Maker sells one-time credit packs. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel.

Full refund within 7 days for unused packs

If you bought a credit pack in the last 7 days and have not used any credits since that purchase, we will refund the full amount.

Used credits are not refundable

Once credits have been spent on a song or video, that pack is no longer refundable, in whole or in part. Each generation uses paid AI services the moment it starts.

Failed generations

If a song or video fails to generate, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but did not receive your credits, contact us and we will fix it or refund the payment, whenever it happened.

How to request a refund

Email support@rapvideomaker.net from the address on your account with:

• the email address you used to pay,
• the order number from your receipt, if you have it,
• a short reason (optional).

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment provider, Creem, usually within 5 to 10 business days. The credits from a refunded pack are removed from your balance.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We respond quickly and can usually resolve the problem faster than a chargeback. Accounts with a chargeback may be suspended while the dispute is open.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.
